“…That’s it for the weather, now an old favorite to start your Christmas morning…” Fifteen year old Priscilla groggily reached over to turn off her alarm clock radio. She looked at the clock to see that it is 5 in the morning, enough time to check what's under the tree before her parents wake up as she gets out of of bed. She headed over to the bed next to his and quietly nudge her sister Prudence up so they can head down stairs together after getting into their fuzzy slippers and placing robes over their pajamas.
Priscilla and Prudence, or Prissy and Prude, are identical twin sisters with brown hair and dull hazel eyes. The two of them used to be nearly inseparable until they began their first year of high school, Priscilla becoming popular since joining the cheer squad while Prudence was unable to join the team with their relationship slightly strained from one twin basking in her popularity while the other other could barely make friends.
Once down stairs, the twins find the tree surrounded by colorful packages of all shapes and sizes, Priscilla noticing a cat condo with a big red bow on it. “Mom and Dad must have finally got you a cat,” Priscilla said to her twin. Prudence always wanted a pet cat but their parents shot down her attempts, appearing to have finally relented. Priscilla stumbled across two burgundy boxes, each about the right size for a necklace with a 'From Santa' tag attached. Priscilla opens one box to find a beautiful, gem studded collar with a half-heart tag with 'Prissy' engraved in fine script. Priscilla thought the collar was a bit strange, but was captivated enough to quickly fastened it around her neck. She tossed the other box over to Prudence as she was looking for the cat, the other twin finding an identical collar with a half-heart tag with 'Prude' engraved in fine script. Prudence felt almost compelled as she placed the collar on and joined her sister at the hall mirror to look at herself, both so captivated that neither notice the half-heart tags connecting until there was a bright flash of light...
