Both dice were the same color again and Laura explained that means they both were likely bonded to Kaitlin for now. Kaitlin takes in this information and closes the box.
"I definitely don't want to join you two kids so I'm not going to risk rolling them at all."
Kaitlin then moves to set the box down on the table. The two reduced adults are about to protest being called kids, when Kaitlin trips over a table leg and drops the case. It pops open and the dice fall under the couch.
"Thirty nine years you have walked this Earth, now this number is but thirty, each roll of the dice shall restore more of what you have lost."
As Kaitlin drops to the opposite end of her thirties, Laura rushes over. "Kaitlin are you ok?"
"Yeah, I guessed I jinxed myself on that one."
