Your mother enters the room and crouches down to your level. This only makes you feel smaller than you already are.
"It's almost nap time! But first you need to go potty!"
This is not the new perspective you were looking for. But as she stands back up you see the phone in her back pocket! You just need to get it from her and you can fix this.
She holds out her hand and leads you to the bathroom where a training potty sits waiting for you. She helps you with the overall buckles then you reluctantly pull down your buzz lightyear training pants, momentarily stopping to examine your tiny penis before being scolded, and take a seat. You decide this is your best shot to get her to hand over the phone.
"Mommy, can I see the phone?" The preschooler's voice that comes out of your mouth sounds so strange to your ears.
"Ok buddy, but you have got to learn how to use the potty without playing on mommy's phone."
She pulls it out and unlocks the device. Before she hands the device over, she sees the current sentence and frowns.
"The boy wants to be a grownup."
"Well that's just silly he enjoys being mommy's little boy. Here let's fix that." She thinks.
"The boy wants to be a toddler."
Satisfied, she hands you the phone. Thank goodness now you can fix...Wait what did you want to fix? You vaguely remember it being about your age but that can't be right being a toddler was what you wanted. Maybe the current sentence will help remind you.
"The confused boy sits on the potty holding his mommy's phone."
