“I want to become a fairy.” Sarah said.
“Ahh, an excellent choice, and not only because living expenses are so cheap when you’re only three inches tall.” The Doctor said with an approving nod and picked out the appropriate syringe.
“Is it popular?” Sarah asked.
“I’d say third most popular after mermaids and centauresses. I haven’t tried it myself, but you’re going to look very cute and I’m sure you’re going to enjoy the orgies.” The Doctor replied as she swabbed Sarah’s arm clean.
“Orgies?” Sarah asked.
“Oh yes. They have miniature cameras set up in The Hive just to record them. The Hive is our term for the fairy dorms by the way, basically a big, padded communal sleeping area, not that fairies sleep much with all the sugary stuff they eat and love they make.” The Doctor said cheerily and Sarah felt the needle stab into her flesh and fill her with a static like warmth.
“I didn’t know that part....” Sarah said with wide, frightened eyes as she looked up at her as the world started to grow.
“Don’t worry if you weren’t into that kind of thing before now, fairies are all naturally bisexual even if there are no male fairies to speak of. If you get tired of the grind (pun intended) you can always find a male centaur, they always seem to have a swarm of you little nymphs around their nethers. Plenty of room, just try not to get squished!” The Doctor laughed. Sarah imagined being one of an unthinking cloud of sperm thirsty fairies pleasuring a section of an enormous horse cock and then fighting greedily for the resulting cream rush and shuddered with a combination of arousal and fear.
As she watched, Sarah’s body shrank radically to just under two inches tall, making the straps once holding her fall to the gurney and seem like tarps to Sarah’s perspective. She had no time to get used to it before she cried out as she felt shooting pains in her shoulders as her new dragonfly like wings popped out from under her skin, colored a bright clear green color. And speaking of her skin, Sarah’s skin turned a vivid mint green from head to toe as her hair turned a forest green (the hair on her head anyway, all hair below that fell out).
Trembling with her exposure, fear, and the sudden giant size of everything including The Doctor, Sarah said,”Doctor, I’m not so sure about this....”
“The transformation cannot he reversed immediately without killing you, I’m afraid.” The Doctor said.
“At least get me some clothes then?” Sarah requested.
The Doctor giggled and said,”Silly bug, fairies don’t wear clothes. Now shoo, soo! I’ve got other patients! And watch out for the pitcher plants and frogs!” She flicked her hands at Sarah like she was going to smush her and made Sarah’s new fairy instincts kick in and make her new wings frantically carry her high overhead to a special ventilation shaft intended for fairies to use to explore the rest of the facility.
