It has been a few days since Laura officially became a baby.
No one could have imagined how she was completely perplexed by this new situation. Going from being a middle-aged accountant to becoming a little one-year-old baby who still needs to wear diapers to go to the bathroom is something she would never have imagined would happen to her.
Now she lives with her friend Kaitlin who is now her new mother and most of the days always consists of the same routines as always:
After little Laura just gets up from her crib, Kaitlin takes her out and starts putting on some babyish clothes to make her look more "tender" and then take her to the kitchen where she places her in a high chair and feeds her mostly of baby food and a bottle full of warm milk. Later, Kaitlin usually places Laura on the playpen so she can play with her baby toys or to do some specific activity (like finger painting or story time).
There are times when Kaitlin takes Laura to a daycare when she is usually very busy with work and cannot take care of her and on other occasions she takes her to the park so she can have fun.
And finally it is time for a nap where Kaitlin takes Laura back to her crib so she can sleep. There are usually times when Laura has made tantrums for not wanting to go to sleep so Kaitlin has had to use some methods so she can fall asleep like trying to tell her a bedtime story, give her a bottle with warm milk again or playing soothing music
Laura still has a hard time trying to get used to her new age, since she is unable to control her movements very well, such as walking. The part she hates the most is when she has to use her diapers to go potty and most of the time she always ends up crying.
There has been more than one occasion in which it has occurred to her to try to escape and go back to the magic shop so that they can fix this problem and she can return to normal but she knows that thanks to her new condition she would only end up getting into more problems.
The next day.....
