"Well, if you'd like, I could... take your picture?" He offered awkwardly. "Smooth moves Mr. Moron." He thought o himself, internally slapping himself.
She chuckled a genuine, adorable laugh which mad Justin's heart skip. "Sure Mr. Peterson. Go ahead."
Justin sighed internally, frustrated at that last part. He always wished she could be Mrs. Peterson, but alas, it was not meant to be. He put on a smile, aimed it at Jennifer, and took the shot. He felt a little woozy, but he had been feeling that all day with these darn kids running around. The picture almost immediately came out which surprised him, but all in all it seemed to be working. That is, until a voice spoke in front of him that sounded too young to belong to Jennifer.
"Did it work? Did it work Mr. Peterson?!" A teenaged voice wrung near him.
He looked back up and his eyes shot wide. Standing before him was still Jennifer, only she had regressed to a teenager again! Her curly brunette hair was now more styled and brushed past her shoulders, her whole body had lost some weight, and all of her features from her face to her legs seemed much smaller than the 35 year old woman that had once stood before him. Even her clothes were different, as she was wearing short shorts and a tank top!
"J-J-Jennifer?" He asked with a stutter. "Is that really you?"
"First I told you everyone calls me Jenny, and of course it's me Mr. Peterson! What kind of, like, question is that? Are you ok?" She asked puzzled.
"I don't believe this." he mumbled, glaring at the camera which he had now placed on his desk. His eyes drifted towards the photo, which had now cleared up to reveal a teenaged Jennifer posing with her boobs outward and a peace sign in hand. Justin was amazed. Magic. It was the only explanation he could come up with without him being completely senile. Jennifer had transformed into a teenaged girl, and she hadn't even noticed.
"Oh wow!" Jennifer laughed, picking up the camera and the photo. "This turned out great! Me and the rest of the yearbook committee are gonna have a blast with it. Thanks so much Mr. Peterson!" She said. Suddenly, a voice wrong from the hallway. "Hey Jenny let's go, my mom is gonna drive us home!" A girls voice said. "Sure thing Becky! Well, bye Mr. Peterson, thanks for the help." She said as she turned to walk away.
Justin's shock finally wore off, and he suddenly realized the camera needed to stay with him. If he was really the only one who remembered everything, then he couldn't risk the camera leaving his sight?! What was he to do?!
