The Magic Shop

I guess it evens out?

Wilma figured that she could try to change "drunk" so that she wasn't anymore, but what about her irresponsibility? If she suddenly became sober, that would still leave her as a negligent parent to this now adorable toddler. Wilma thought about changing the boy into an adult again, but she couldn't help but think back to nursing her own daughter and how wonderful it was to be a mother. Then she thought about how awful the couple was previously, and knew she had to just fix the woman.

"I wonder." She thought before selecting Drunk in the sentence. "What would happen if I did this?" She thought before changing "Drunk"into "Responsible" and hit send.
The sentence now read "This woman is responsible and irresponsible." Wilma winced, wondering if such a contradictory statement would work, but upon looking back up her fears were squashed.

The woman was now looking much more put together. Her hair was nicely tied together in a bun, and her clothes were clearly freshly washed. She was carefully holding the toddler who was now happily babbling while touching his new mother's face. She and Roger were now happily chatting while she looked relieved.

"Thank you again so much officer." She sighed. "I don't know what happened! I could have sworn I locked that gate..."

"It's alright miss, everyone makes mistakes right?" Roger laughed. "You have a nice day now." He said before walking back towards Wilma and the car.

Wilma was confused for a moment. "Huh, I guess it just cancelled it out. Instead of being a wholly irresponsible person, she's sometimes on top of things and sometimes not... I made her a normal person!" Wilma, thought, smiling to herself.

"What's so funny?" Roger asked Wilma.

Wilma snapped back to reality, and leaned back, pressing her big ass against the car door. "Nothing partner, I'm just glad the baby's safe." She said cheerily.

Roger started to sweat a bit, and turned his head quickly. "Uh, right. Let's go. Plenty more work to be done right?" He asked as he walked around to take the driver's seat.

"Oh so are you the senior officer here?" Wilma teased.

Roger stopped in his tracks, as he didn't even realize he was about to drive.
"Oh, uh, sorry Wilma, I just... you know! Autopilot right?" He chuckled.

"It's ok Roger I'm teasing you." She giggled. "You can handle driving for today if you want."

"Thanks partner." Roger laughed, gaining his composure once more.

The two started to resume their patrol, looking out for anything that seemed out of place. Roger had focused back into police mode, but Wilma was too busy thinking about Roger's awkward show a minute ago. She never usually considered Roger as a possible dating option. Especially since she had been a man until previously, but she didn't really care about that since she had all the memories of this life and felt like a woman.

She peaked at Roger out of the corner of her eye. He was younger than her, but was still pretty attractive. He was a muscular half black, half latino man with curly but short black hair. He definitely made Wilma's body warm up, but she didn't know if she wanted a relationship right now so soon after her divorce. She was about to ask Roger about his interest in her when another call reached them.

Apparently, there was a fight breaking out a few blocks away from their squad car, still in the poor part of town. Wilma acknowledged the call as Roger mad his way towards the address.

When they arrived, they found two young men throwing fists at one another. They both seemed around 20 something and clearly were both in some kind of gang by the loose color coordinated clothes they were wearing. One was a younger, skinny black man with curly, unkept dreads while the other was a fatter latino with short hair, and with a soon to be black eye.

"Shit, I'll handle this you stay here partner." Roger said before hopping out of the car.

"Oh dear." Wilma said to herself. "This won't do at all. Let's make this a happier story as well." She smiled as she pulled out the app. She selected the young Latino boy, and the sentence read "A 21 year old Latino man fights with a rival."

"Lets see..." Wilma thought.
