Several hours later, the evening had run its course, and he had fun with several humans, turning them into various clowns and other things, and he made his way back home to his little apartment in Clowntopia.
Sitting down, he slid off his shoes, and as he did, he heard a very tiny squeak as something slid out onto the floor. He bent over and looked down at the speck of a figure that had been Jenny. She barely could say anything he could hear, so he leaned over and gingerly got her onto his fingertip, bringing her to eye level
"My goodness, I forgot all about you, uh, whatever your name was!" he said. "I am so sorry."
"No, it's GREAT!" the tinest voice squeaked up. It sounded like it had changed even more than when they first changed her, she sounded so cartoonish now. "I loved it in there, wowie! Just getting to explore endless miles of toes and feet!" she said.
He knew that she had been expereincing a brief infatuation with his feet due to being his shoes for a short time. If they had just let it wear off, she'd have forgotten about the feeling within an hour or so, but since he shrank her so small and made her his Shoe-Dweller, it had made the effect much stronger, and now she'd never stop, never want anything else.
"Unfortunantly, forgetting about you for so long means I don't think I can change you back. I could make you big again, but you'd always be a clown, always be in love with my feet." he said. "My bad."
"No! It's awesome! I don't want to turn back. Let me live in your shoes!" She giggled. "I am the Shoe-Dweller!"
"Well, that you are! Back in you go" he said letting her slide off his finger into the shoes as he placed them aside to sit until the next day.
"Well, what should I do tomorrow?"
