Maybe if he got rid of the diaper, his child lawyer wouldn’t be about to change him. At the very least, he wouldn’t have this terrible diaper bulge showing off the fact he might wet or mess himself. Bill changed “diaper” to “boxers”. The world spun around him.
Bill fell onto his butt, squishing the poop in his boxers. Everything seemed much bigger now. He looked around. His ex-wife, Sarah, was shouting at her lawyer for something.
“You’re the one who refused to potty-train him!”
“I tried!”
“No, you didn’t! You went behind my back and undid all the progress I made. Now, you can have him.” Sarah grabbed the daughters’ hands and led them out of the courtroom. Sarah’s lawyer sighed. He looked over at Bill and walked over.
“Hey, Billy Jr.” Bill merely stared at him silently. “Sorry that you won’t be able to stay with your sisters. Daddy got a bad lawyer. This is what I get for hiring someone younger than you, I guess.” Bill’s lawyer came over.
“Sorry about that, William. I know you didn’t want custody of any of the kids,” the 7-year-old lawyer said. William sighed.
“It is what it is. Of course she would land me with the kid who poops himself.”
“Speaking of that, I think you might have a situation to take care of,” the lawyer said. William looked over at Bill.
“Great.” William sighed. “I shouldn’t have tried to take you out of your diapers for the hearing. Come on, let’s get changed.” William took Bill’s hand, grabbed a diaper bag, and led him out of the courtroom. Bill’s mind raced. Apparently, Sarah’s lawyer took his place, and he was now the son of Sarah and her former lawyer. This wasn’t a good situation. Bill generated a new sentence on his phone.
It read “The twelve-year-old that hasn’t mastered potty training is about to be changed by his father.”
