Chronivac Version 4.0

Sherry made it, somehow...

After Megan fell asleep, Sherry decided to make her move. She was thinking of trying to just squeeze through, but figured she was far too fat now. On top of the thickness of her body, there was also the fact that without the ability to properly use her hands then if she did get stuck she'd be screwed. She thought hard for a moment more before she spotted her ticket out of the field.

Next to the fence on the far side was an extra drinking station. One of the cows had placed it there not too long ago, so Sherry had missed it in the initial search. After slowly trudging over, she examined the strength of it by pushing down slightly on it. It apparently seemed to, at least for the moment, support her weight.
"This is it!" She thought hopeful of her plan.

Using only her head, she managed to push the metal container past the other sleeping humans and next to the gate. She took a deep breath, and stepped onto the container. She could feel the metal begin to buckle from under her. It was now or never. Using all her force in her arms and legs she kept from the metal container and landed with a loud thud on the other side of the gate.

"I can't believe it, I made it!" She thought with a smile. She turned her head back and sighed in relief that her landing wasn't nearly loud enough to wake anyone up. She looked at her husband and daughter one more time, determined to find the Chronic and fix this once and for all.

The next 2 hours were hell. She slowly trudged across the road leading into town, barely getting anywhere fast. By the end of the second hour it was close to 3 am, and she had only just made it to her neighborhood. The entire time she was practically out of breath, and to make it worse she was paranoid. It was the middle of the night, so no cows who thought they were people we out, but Sherry worried that all it would take is one cow to ruin everything.

Luckily, she made it to her house safe and sound. See trotted up to the front window and peaked inside. The cows who now lived here completely reorganized the entire house! If her address wasn't on the front door, Sherry would've thought it was not hers. She walked around back, and used her tongue to flip over the mat. After spitting out a few bits of straw, she smiled upon seeing that whoever lived here still left a spare key out back.

She spent the next 20 minutes using only her teeth to forcefully unlock the door with her mouth, and couldn't help but accidentally let out a quiet happy moo when the door finally opened. She forcefully squeezed her way into the doorway, ripping off little bits of wood as she did so, and tried her best to slowly walk through the house.

Every other step nearly knocked over a vase or ripped a photo of some cows in clothing off the walls. By the time she walked out of the foyer, she felt like she'd never find it in time. It was nearing 4 am and if any cow in the house got up early for work like her husband did then she barely had an hour to go. How was she even going to climb the stairs?!

As she solely turned the corner, her fear and anxiety turned to pure joy. On the couch was a snoring cow, dressed only in boxers, but next to it was a charging open laptop! She quietly slid over, and used her nose to search.
"Please please please please." She thought before almost letting out a squeal of delight. "The Chronivac!" She thought happily! She had done it!

She opened up the world packages menu, and managed to select the same one she had done before. She also managed to change the transformation duration so she wouldn't have to watch herself morph again. Finally, her family could be normal again, she wouldn't be treated as a filthy barn animal again! She could get her life back! Unfortunately, just as she was about to hit execute, the cow's eyes shot wide open.

"AHHHHH WHAT THE?!" He screamed, and in his panic he slapped the laptop from out of Sherry's reach. It fell screen down, and Sherry heard some accidental clicking of keys from the fall before the sound she heard from before everything occurred.

"Oh n-" was all she was able to think before reality changed around her. The next thing she knew, she was waking up to the light of dawn and a clear morning sky.

The question is, what changed?
