Sherry had become pregnant after that single breeding session, something that Bill was thoroughly pleased with, as it indicated she was highly fertile. A month after Sherry was impregnated, the vet came by to check on her. Sherry obediently went along with all of the invasive procedures. After the examination was over, the vet informed Bill that Sherry was pregnant with quadruplets.
“Humans almost never have more than one child at once!” Bill said, aghast. The vet nodded.
“I know. You stumbled across a very good human, Bill. She’s prime breeding stock, both for cows and other humans. Once she’s produced a son for you, I’d recommend renting her out to some people as a breeder. Or getting yourself a male human to breed her.” The vet chuckled. “Or you could even keep breeding her yourself!”
“I’ll have to think about that,” Bill said. “I didn’t buy her to be bred, I bought her to be a servant. And being pregnant would make it difficult for her to do her jobs.”
“Hmm, fair point.” The vet glanced at Sherry. “Since she’s pregnant with quadruplets, you might want to rent a human to do her tasks after she gets bigger. Humans aren’t built to carry that many children, so she could be prone to complications.” Bill sighed.
“Understood.”
Sherry quickly became very large, her enormous belly forcing her to waddle around the house and barn. Bill did end up renting a human to take on her tasks, after she began to complete them too slowly for his taste. Both Bill and the rented human drank from Sherry’s breasts daily, as she began lactating nonstop in preparation for the children.
Then, the day finally came. In the middle of the night, Bill was awoken by groans from the barn. He rushed outside and saw Sherry on her hands and knees, mooing in pain. Shortly after Bill arrived, a baby fell out of Sherry. Bill took the baby and waited for the others to be born.
After all four had been delivered, Bill looked them over. Like usual with a human bred by a cow, the child took after the cow parent. All four had almost none of Sherry’s features, instead being full cow. Two of the four were boys, two were girls. Sherry sat up and Bill brought the children over to suckle from their mother, each taking a breast.
“Excellent work, Sherry. You can return to your regular tasks in a week,” Bill said briskly. Sherry’s eyes widened.
“A week? Master, you’re so generous!”
“Yes, yes, I know. Put my children to bed once they’ve finished feeding.”
“Yes, Master,” Sherry said obediently. Bill left her in the barn, the four children eagerly suckling down her milk.
The children, who, following tradition, were referred to as Bill’s but not Sherry’s, grew quickly. Within three months of being born, they were walking, talking, and reading. Though their sole source of nutrients was still Sherry’s milk.
The vet visited three months after Sherry gave birth. While she was feeding the children, she went through another physical. The vet informed Bill that Sherry was ready to be bred again.
