Joanne's servants had expected to take a tour of Joanne's new mansion, but they weren't expecting another person to help out with the tour.
"My name's Jennifer Jenkins, but my Animalia Ambassadoria nickname is 'Jen-jen'. I've been assigned to help do the tour of this mansion."
"Why?" asked Joanne.
"Because it's no secret that Animalia's apartments, no matter what colony they are, are more like Park Avenue penthouses rather than Main Street walk-ups." said Jen-Jen.
"I've been to all those locations, and I can't say I blame those who say that." said Nicole.
"I'll also help explain some things you might find there that are a little confusing to people who are moving in, or planning on moving in." replied Jen-Jen.

"This sun room is not just for sunning yourself in adverse climates." said Jen-Jen, "It's also for reptile Animalians, such as snakes and lizards, to soak up heat." said Jen-Jen, leading the group to a room that looked like a glass-walled sauna. "Let me remind you, though, don't be surprised if you see Animalians doing nude sunbathing in here before their 'shift'."
"Oh my." said one servant, who was redder than a tomato at that.
"Oh my indeed." confirmed a second one.
"I shouldn't be too concerned." said Jen-Jen, guessing what the 'oh my' was about. "Animalia just has relaxed standards of nudity. All of Animalia's other colonies, not counting Dino City quite yet, have a section of the colony where clothing is optional."

"The weight room here is for morning workouts, since Animalians have higher energy levels than people do." said Jen-Jen, leading the group to said room.
"What are the fridges for?" asked another servant who had noticed them.
"Those are for keeping the protein shakes cool." answered Jen-Jen, "The colored tops indicate which ones are safe for which Animalian to eat without getting sick. Red for carnivores, green for herbivores, and yellow for omnivores."

"So why was there a bus stop by the rotunda near the front door?" asked yet another servant who had spotted it on their way in.
"That's actually for the Scale Trolley, and it's only for transporting cold-blooded Animalians to their destinations." answered Jen-Jen. "If anyone decides to become a cold-blooded Animalian, they get a free Scale Trolley pass just for signing up."

What was probably the biggest surprise was the indoor pool. While it was larger than they expected, it wasn't as large as an Olympic swimming pool. Though with what they learned about aquatic and amphibious Animalians, it wasn't too much of a surprise.

"I'd like to ask about why all the walls are white?" asked one of the maids.
"Mainly because it's a beginning for now." answered Jen-Jen, "Depending on personal tastes, and who gets which room, the colors will follow afterwards."
"Okay." said the maid.

"So are there any questions?" asked Jen-Jen, as the tour concluded.
"How are we going to choose which animals to be converted?" asked a final servant.
"Don't worry about it too much." said Jen-Jen, "That's what the database is for. It shows which species are available, which species are threatened, endangered, extinct, etc. (and thereby eligible for a reimbursement), and the special needs for your new species." She continued, handing out the paper with the web address for the Animalia Database.
