It was strange as Damon/Scarlett as he/she waited for the arrival of Monica and James. It was so strange he/she just sat in the water, from a distance it was likely that no one could tell he/she was now a mermaid because the red and gold tail was totally underwater.
“How are you doing?” inquired his/her sister Vicki as she walked up behind her dressed in her own swimsuit.
“Trying to process.” Stated Damon as he looked at his mother. “A little warning would have been nice…fuck if you had let me stay a man but become a merman I would have taken it better.”
“I am sorry, Scarlett but I was unlocking your real body.” Stated Princess Corine as she looked at Vicki. “And your sister is coming with us and both of you will be my daughters, I don’t care if Vicki isn’t my daughter by blood I will make you my daughter.”
“Thanks…I never really had a mother.” Stated Vicki as she sat down beside Damon in the sand. “How many children do you have?”
“Two other daughters and a son, so with you all five children total.” Said Corine “Four beautiful daughters and a handsome son.”
Corine smiled before shaking her head.
“Sorry, I shouldn’t have assumed that you where becoming a mermaid Vicki.” Stated Corine as Vicki smiled.
“Don’t worry, I plan to stay a women.” Said Vicki as she looked at Damon “And your beautiful Scarlett.”
Damon let out a sigh, Vicki had given him a hand mirror, she had kept in her bag and he had to admit if he wasn’t looking at a reflection then yes he would admit she was beautiful. Short bright red hair, deep green eyes, a beautiful face, a chest which while not huge had to be in the B to C cup range. Her tail was mostly red with flecks of gold in it.
“Not as beautiful as you.” stated Damon as Vicki playfully punched her in her now thinner arms.
“Well, my hair is longer and I have a bigger chest which believe me you would be complaining about because they are heavy.” Laughed Vicki as two pair of headlights pulled into the private beach area. The lights turned off as two people got out of the vehicles, Damon could see Monica and James getting out of their vehicles. “Wait here…I’ll go talk to them.”
Damon sat in the water and watched as his or her, he didn’t know how to feel move toward the beach where he could see Monica and James. He couldn’t hear what Vicki was saying but he heard James laugh as Monica crossed her arms over her chest. She did that all the time when she rolled her eyes, likely they didn’t believe what Vicki was saying.
“Come follow me.” Said Vicki as Damon steeled himself for what was coming. In the dark it was hard for them to see his/her tail in the water.
“You are telling me this is Damon?” laughed James “I mean…”
“It’s me you jackass.” Said Damon but he could see, that James didn’t believe him.
“Maybe this will help.” Said Damon as he/she raised her tail up above the water. The sight of a red and gold tail in the moonlight caused both of their eyes to widen.
“Damon…” inquired Monica as she looked at him, still not believing it.
“Ya.” Confirmed Damon, already knowing what her next question would be. “Turns out my mother is a mermaid and she “transformed” me.”
“I only made you what you really are Scarlett.” Stated Corine as her head poked out off the water.
“Is…is there a way to turn you back to normal?” inquired Monica
“No.” said Damon “I am stuck like this….”
“And I am joining him.” Stated Vicki as James and Monica looked at her.
“Vicki…” started James
“What future do I have here, that we have here.” Started Vicki as she looked at James. “We will either become addicted to drugs or the bottle, none of us are going to college, we can’t afford it. If we are lucky we will either work dead in jobs where we are treated like crap.”
Neither Monica nor James answered, Monica had hopes of becoming a marine biologist but she could never pay for college, her parents where both drug addicts while James father was an unemployed drunk fisherman and his mom turned tricks to pay the rent.
“I am going to take my risk in joining this society of merpeople and hope for a better life then this piece of crap place.” Stated Monica as she took a breath. “I want you two to join us.”
“Become mermaids?” inquired James as Monica's mouth dropped open a bit.
“Well, a merman for you I hope.” Said Vicki with a playful grin as she looked at her boyfriend James.
“If you want to be a mermaid or Monica is it a merman…I can do it. Merpeople society has different views then land based society.” Offer Corine “So do what do you want to do?”
