Laura spots a nearby park. There should be a bathroom there. She waddles over as fast as she can while clenching every muscle in her body. She looks around for the bathroom, but can’t find it. Her tenuous hold on her bladder breaks. A large wet spot grows on the front of her overalls. To make matters worse, just then, she feels her bowels empty into her overalls. Laura lets out a sob. Of course she couldn’t make it in time. Her parents used to tell her that she wasn’t fully potty trained until five. And even then, she had to wear training pants at night until she was seven.
Laura looks around, praying that she’ll see something, anything to change into. Her eyes land on a nearby diaper bag. She goes over to it, waddling due to the load in her pants, and goes through it. The only clothes available are for someone even younger than her; a short frilly toddler dress, thick diaper, and diaper cover. But beggars can’t be choosers, so she grabs the clothes and some wipes and waddles over to a nearby bush.
Once hidden by the bush, Laura strips off her overalls, wipes herself down, and clumsily tapes on the diaper. She chokes back a sob at being downgraded from training pants to diapers so quickly. Once in the new outfit, she grabs the dice case and drops it down the front of her diaper cover. Satisfied, she emerges from the bush, now toddling, as the thick diaper she is wearing pushes her legs apart.
This whole experience has exhausted Laura. She needs a break. And since she can’t go in the magic shop, she might as well stay in the park and have some fun. She looks around, trying to decide what to do to cheer herself up.
