Fukushu paused, shattering the steel beams as if they were nothing. Could this girl be right?
Fukushu was leery of his master, Villars massive power could easily destroy him or any of his lieutenants. Still, he was the one that had made his presence possible in this timeline. While Fukushu would follow Villar, he had taken measures to assure his safety. Fukushu was no fool, if Villar did try to betray him he had ways of ensuring his survival. For now he would heed this futuristic teenagers advice but carry out Villars orders.
Lilith and Anjelica now tried to put as much distance between themselves and Fukushu. Unfortunately Liliths injuries were healing much slower than they should. Liliths black blood now effectively left a trail for the nine tail kitsune to follow. "Why arent you healing," Anjelica asked as they reached a fork in the path.
"Whatever magic that kitsune used has dampened my bodies ability to heal," Lilith snarled. "We should make a stand. Our combined powers can destroy that creature."
"I doubt that," Anjelica frowned. "I've barely been able to keep up and your in no condition to fight. We need to get out of here and find the others." Before Lilith could answer a brilliant blue light illuminated the hall, shaking the very foundation. Anjelica and Lilith braced themselves against the wall, preparing to fight. As their eyes adjusted Anjelicas jaw dropped as she gazed at the auburn haired woman in front of them. "Lynne what are you doing here?"
The adult Lynne Turner sighed, narrowing her eyes as she gazed at the teen. "I gave you one direction to follow when you traveled back in time," she grumbled. "Dont let your mother know your here!"
"Mom sent you," Anjelica gasped.
"No she told my mom and my sisters," Lynne exclaimed. "I was just trying to enjoy my 35th birthday when they started chewing me out. You know damn well you cant win an arguement with Lisa Turner."
Lynne paused as she now gazed at Lilith. "Looks like you kept Stumpy alive," she said. Lilith growled stepping forward unsteadily as she glared at the sorceress. "How dare you child, do you know who I am?!"
"Lilith," Lynne sighed. "Queen of hell, mother of demons, yadda, yadda, yadda. What matters right now is that we get you and Merlin out of here so I can go home. Tom wasnt exactly thrilled to have to babysit the kids."
Before any could answer they noticed the shadows shift on front of them. Fukushu now ascended from the shadowy portal, his nine tails swirling around him. "Times up," he smiled. "Now I finish what I started."
"Ugh seriously," Lynne groaned. "Can you just stop. Really not in the mood to fight you."
"Who do you think you are child," Fukushu bellowed. "I am a divine kitsune warrior. You shall fall before like hundreds before you."
Lynne simply rolled her eyes as Fukushu continued to talk. Why was it villains always wanted to monologue? Lynne had effectively tuned out the kitsune at this point as he continued to rave about how he would destroy her. Shaking her head Lynne now swept her arm out, causing the divine kitsune to rocket into the air. Fukushu now crashed through the ceiling, vanishing from sight, a grumpy look cracking across her face.
"I was really hoping he would leave a kitsune shaped hole."
"Where did he go," Anjelica asked.
"About a mile that way," Lynne pointed. "Most likely hes fine though so hes going to be super pissed when he gets back. Now let's go find Morgan and end this b.s."
