Reluctantly, Oliver chooses the diaper. He tapes it on clumsily, then pulls his pants back on. His diaper bulges visibly under his clothes, broadcasting how much his potty training has been reduced to. Face red with embarrassment, Oliver emerges from behind the bush. The diaper spreads his legs apart, forcing him to toddle.
“Hello there, little guy,” a voice says. Before Oliver can react, he feels himself being lifted into the air. He turns to see who has picked him up. It’s a young woman, likely a mom. She smiles at him and begins to walk. “I don’t know how you got out of the kiddie area, but your parents won’t be happy if you wander off.” To Oliver’s horror, he realizes that they’re now heading for the section of the park playground reserved for babies and toddlers. The area is fenced off to prevent small children from escaping, decreasing the likelihood that Oliver will be able to get away. He begins to squirm, trying desperately to break loose.
“Oh, you’re a squirmy wormy, aren’t you?” the woman laughs. Oliver is unable to break free. They arrive at the playground. The woman brings Oliver over to the sandbox and sets him down. “Okay, sweetie, now you can play!” The woman walks off. Oliver sits in the sandbox and tries to come up with his next move.
