Oliver chooses the training pants. As he slides them on, he realizes that they’re a bit bigger than the others he grabbed. Maybe it’s meant for someone slightly older, who has better potty training. Oliver removes his other clothes and slips on the ring, hopeful.
He feels himself grow slightly, then stop. However, that’s not the only thing that changes. Oliver feels a churning in his abdomen as his reproductive organs shift, and a tickling as his hair grows down to past his shoulders.
Oliver swears softly. She’s become a girl again! Hopefully, once she puts the clothes back on, she’ll turn back into a boy. She turns to grab the clothes. Her jaw drops. They’re gone! Once again, Oliver is stuck as a toddler girl with minimal clothing.
Maybe she’ll be able to find something? Oliver emerges from the bush and looks around. Her heart sinks. There aren’t any diaper bags nearby, abandoned or accompanied by an adult that could be persuaded to give her something to wear.
Oliver has a few options. She could go to the section of the playground reserved for toddlers and babies, where she might be able to find something her size. She could sneak back into the clothing store, even though it’s closed, to get something better. Or she could go home as is and hope no one stops her.
