You had just been wandering among the store filled with a plethora of unique and magical items. Each one seemed more fantastical than the last but none seemed to fit what you wanted. There were plenty of rings that could change reality at the simplest of thoughts, but those were too boring; there were special lazers that could change anyone however you pleased, but those were too simple; there were even clothes that changed your own physical appearance, but those were too weird.
Overall, there was nothing that you wanted, at least, that's what thought. No sooner were you ready to just head for the door, ready to leave and forget this place ever existed, there it sat. Situated atop a pedestal with an ornate pillow covering, sat a single transparent blue D20 that looked to have been written on with glimmering gold to make the numbers. With little thought on what it was, you knew this is what you wanted.
Without hesitance, you pulled the die from it's cushion and noticed a small paper just long enough to realize it was its description and took them both. Passing by the counter with the smiling old man, he simply waved goodbye as he watched you leave with your new acquisition and future road to either pain, pleasure, or possibly even both. Uncaring of him though, you instead took out the paper you had take with you to know what it was you had.

14-19: Wish occurs as intended
20: Wish occurs as intended but with additional effect
Rules:

2: You cannot wish for the power of the die
3: You cannot wish to control the chance of the die
4: You cannot wish for more magic dice or other wish granting effects or items
5: You cannot wish for powers
6: You can re-roll the die for a wish

9: You cannot re-roll the payment roll
10: You cannot un-wish a wish you made

Surprised by the extensive list of rules set upon such a powerful, yet dangerous, object, you found yourself more intrigued than anything as you made your way headed home. Before that though, you figured you might stop somewhere on the way back, or maybe try your first test with the magical die. Every option is at your fingertip after all.
