You decided to attend the Gaelic class knowing that you'd leave looking like a completely different person.
Upon entering, a young woman greets you and introduced herself as your teacher —Ms O'Neill, and redirected her attention back to the lesson.
You get seated, and couldn't help but notice how your Asian features stood out amongst your predominantly Irish classmates and caused occasional stares of curiosity. But it wouldn't be the case for too long as you felt the familiar dizziness return to you with your surroundings spinning around you again.
The first spins caused your skin to lose color until it settled at being pale. And the spinning continued causing more changes; slight growth in height, the shape of your eyes changing from monolid to a more round-shape while simultaneously changing their colors from dark brown to green, and the last spins made their final touches by changing your hair from jet black to a full red while twisting your hair until it ended up tad bit curly and unruly, and finally, the last modifications appeared as freckles on your nose, cheeks, and arms.
So with that, the changes came to a halting end. The spinning ended, and the dizziness subsided once more. Your new classmates were no longer gazing at you as a stranger —in fact, one of the boys sitting next to you tells you "Hey, Ryan, can I borrow your pencil for a sec?"
"Ryan? Guess that's my new name now." You thought to yourself. Gone was Chi, and standing in his place was Ryan.
