“Sorry, sweetie, I forgot your diaper bag at home!” mom says. “You’ll have to wait until we get home to get changed.” Jess stares at her mom in horror. She knows that if her mom wanted to change her, she could figure something out. This is just another way to punish Jess. But Jess can’t do anything other than accept the punishment, so she nods sadly.
Jess continues following her mom, her waddle even more exaggerated due to the load in her diaper. After a while, she forgets about messing her diaper, and sits as her mom has a very long conversation with someone. She immediately regrets sitting. The cold mess in her diaper smears all over. Jess bursts into tears, finally driven to her breaking point.
“Oh, I think that’s the alarm to go home,” remarks the person mom is talking to.
“I think you’re right,” mom says in a light voice. She picks Jess up. “We’d better say goodbye to everyone, then leave.” Mom takes Jess around the reception, making her say goodbye to everyone, and explaining that they’re leaving because Jess is messy and fussy.
Jack’s face lights up when mom tells him that Jess soiled her diaper. He coos a sweet goodbye, grinning viciously.
Finally, mom takes Jess to the car, where she is buckled into a car seat that must have been borrowed from someone.
“I’m not happy with you having a meltdown like that,” mom snaps as they drive away from the reception. “You ruined so many things tonight with this stupid little stunt of yours.” Jess shifts in her seat as she feels a growing pressure in her bladder. “What now?”
“Gotta peepee,” Jess whimpers.
“I’m not stopping just so you can use a toilet when you already messed yourself. Just use your diaper again,” mom barks. Her harsh tone scares Jess, making her bladder let loose without her meaning to. “At least I don’t have to change your dirty diaper.”
“Who change me?” Jess asks meekly.
