Throughout the day Jake had only dabled in animal changes. But changing a humans skin to another material was an unexpected result, despite being out of chance of what the random option would do. Jake turned back to the confused Leon at the counter. Leon still not realizing his ears were huge and floppy, decided to experiment to confirm his suspicion. He lifted his shirt and started to reshape his chest. He started rumpling up clumps of his upper chest all the way down to his stomach and he had successfully changed it to look like a pair of 6 pack abs (only for show of course). He than decided to play with his nose again and stretched out his nostrils long enough to put his fist in.
Jake looked at Leon as he altered his appearance. It was then, Leon turned to look at Jake with a fiendish smile. Leon ducked behind the counter to hide himself from Jake. "Hey, whatcha doing down there?" Jake asked hearing alot of rubber sounds. "Almost done." Leon yelled back. Jake waited patiently until he saw Leon leap out from the other side of the counter with spring like legs. "Ta-da! I'm you now!" Leon said as his legs gained full depth again. Jake saw that Leon had reshaped his jaw to look like a t-rex, and he had a big chunk of skin on his lower back to resemble a tail. Jake could almost consider it like looking in a mirror... Except for the giant ears that Leon still hasn't noticed.
"I can't believe it Jake! I have a fucking superpower! My skin is basically stretchy clay!" He exclaimed smiling with his big human teeth. Jake only laughed in response. "What's so funny? Your basically laughing at yourself you know." Leon shrugged. "Sorry. I just can't take you seriously with those elephant ears." Jake chuckled. Leon felt his ears in confusion to realize what was so funny. "Right..." Leon said as he pulled his ears and they slingshot back to their original shape. This surprised Jake seeing he already had good control of his new ability. "But you gotta admit this is kinda cool. I can practically be anything." He said swinging his makeshift tail.
"Now we both have something to stand out. With you being a half t-rex and me being elastic, we should be top of the interests of the student body." Leon said. "Slow down Leon. Nobody knows you can do this yet. People know I'm a half rex. You really think you want that kind of attention?" Jake asked. Leon thought about it, and figured Jake might be right. He'd never be able to get away from curious people who want to see a sample of his power. "I... Guess not." He shrugged. "Sucks though. That means I won't be able to enjoy this as much." Leon's body snapped and reshaped back to his original form.
Jake felt bad for spilling out the reality to Leon. He wanted to make it up to him. But how would he be able to do it?
