Both Audrey and Laura turned to Jen with wide eyes. “Jen, you…” “You did all of this?”
Jen started to panic. “I-I’m sorry, girls, I-I had no choice–”
“Don't worry, Jen, we understand,” Audrey said.
“It’s all the fault of the curse, and that little shit Kyle,” Laura added.
Tears started welling up in Jen's eyes. “Do you really mean that? You forgive me for all the transformations I caused?”
“You know we do,” was all Audrey said before the three girls hugged each other. In this reality they were the bestest of friends, after all.
“And you really don't mind me transforming you?”
“Are you kidding? Becoming recursive was the best thing that could've happened to me. It made farm work much easier for my whole family.”

“You were always bad at keeping secrets from us,” Audrey added and all three started laughing. Technically they were able to hide thoughts from the others, but over the years (in this reality) they got so close they try not to do that. Similarly they agreed to not look at the other’s memories without permission unless they had an important reason.
After they had calmed down and separated again, Audrey asked, “But I still don't really understand, why are we all now able to remember both realities?”
“That's actually pretty simple,” Laura explained. “Because Jen is immune to the memory changes as part of the curse, we’re able to remember our former lives through our connections to her mind. It also works the opposite way, Jen gets all her memories of the new reality through us. Though that should be the extent of how our individual transformations affect each other.” After finishing Laura suddenly felt her tongue grow longer. It snaked its way out of her mouth and stretched down towards Audrey's vagina before plunging right in. “Huh, so bisexuality is contagious,” she joked.
The girls shared another laugh when Jen's suddenly turned into a coughing fit before a white pill fell into her palm. “Oh no, another hour already? Quick, we have to find someone I can give the pill! I can't risk you two getting some weird transformation that ruins your lifes!” Part of Jen still couldn't believe she was saying that.
“Wait, Jen, calm down.”
“I can't calm down, I only have 10 minutes.”
“And what happens when they run out?” Audrey asked.

“Sorry, I took a look at your memories of this morning and noticed that Kyle only said that ‘you have to feed the pill to someone within 10 minutes of coughing it up or ingest it yourself’,” Audrey pointed out. “This could very well be construed in a way that you have to feed the pill to someone or yourself in 10 minutes and he forgot to set up a consequence. Meaning there's a chance that nothing will happen when you wait out the time limit. You never tried.”
“That… that makes sense. How did you notice that?”
“Sometimes another person’s point of view can be helpful. Plus it helps I played many puzzle games.”
“So, should I wait and see what happens?” Audrey and Laura nodded. Jen looked at a clock. Only a few minutes left. What happens?
