Melissa was in a comfy room. She was wearing a bathrobe currently while the Protectors got her a change of proper clothes. On the other side of the table she was sitting at was Oracle and Magical Girl Red 6. Oracle on hand to do some "interrogation" and decided to let the young Red 6 in to watch her do work, and to maybe put the young woman more at ease with a young girl nearby.
Melissa clutching her head said "My... head... it's still a little... fuzzy..." as her memories and personality were adjusting to her new brain.
"That's fine, what that man must've done to you was horrible. Some weird mind control made you think you were a dog." Oracle said as Red was flipping through some information they got on "The Twister" and this unknown young woman.
Red asked "Oracle? The reports say the Twister has some ability to manipulate the bodies of others... nothing about mind control. In fact from questioning his acquaintances and family he was known as a healer... Actually Ronald did have a golden retriever named Melissa." Melissa hearing her name perked up a bit. Very little, but as Oracle was using her powers to pick up on any tells the young woman may have. Oracle decided not to read the report to try to show Red 6 what it would be like to interrogate someone with very little information, and she trusted her powers of near omniscience to show her the way to the answers they wanted. Then again hearing the body manipulator had a dog with the name that this young woman reacted to... The young woman who was acting like a dog. Melissa still seemed in a daze.
Oracle whispered to Red "So the Twister probably made his dog into a woman. If I had to guess he was leaving her mind for last, and she's dazed by having her brain altered severely. We'll go over the paperwork shortly. Remember Twister is just the code name so you'll need to use his actual name Ronald Donovan."
Melissa perked up again as she heard her master's name and asked "Ronald?... where is he?..."
Oracle thought to herself the girl may have slightly better hearing than normal and then said "Ronald... has done something weird. We're having some people make sure he'll be fine." Melissa seemed to gain some clarity and started to put her fingers in her mouth and then she notices her fingers were... well fingers and not hairy.
"Wha?... I'm a... human?" Melissa said unsure, but checking herself out and only 1 set of nipples. She thought about how she was thinking a lot more clearly now, and in proper english! "Where's Ronald? He must be getting lonely now..."
Oracle explained "He's doing some tests right now to make sure he isn't going to be a danger to himself or others."
"But he's nice. He healed all those people... Those people were going to kill me... weren't they?" Red 6 reading the file on the dog nodded that Melissa was going to be youthenized, but the Twister adopted her. Oracle opened her notepad. She could look anywhere in the universe, but only in the present. This testimony may be a little twisted due to the nature of Melissa's transformation, but it was still important. The only thing bad Oracle could tell about the Twister through her testimony was the last few weeks where she was kept as a dog mined human. It was a horrible experiment guided by who knows what. Essentially the Twister was being a mini Doctor Doctor with this single experiment. Doctor Doctor was a retired hero now, but that didn't mean that the Twister would be peaceful if they just let him go. Oracle used her powers to peer at the Twister's power testing and it seemed they were getting results... The power to change anyone's body within a few feet of him? Oracle sighed slightly as she tried to imagine what Doctor Doctor would've done in his early years if he had a power like that. They could hold the Twister for a mad science experiment, but it would be great if she could see what he would really do. Maybe in a controlled environment... Plus what could they do with Melissa here? She's a dog turned human with no education, and she's a fully fledged adult.
Oracle for sure was thinking of a proposal... meanwhile "Stay!" Melissa's back straightened. "Understand. The bathroom's over there, beds right there... No need to go out, and you shouldn't. We will come back, probably with Ronald. So Stay." Melissa nodded and Oracle and Red 6 walked out. Oracle going to say sorry to Red for making her sit through more or less nothing considering how cooperative Melissa was.
