John was not accounted for in this rearranging of the family at first glance, but as Jeff was aged up to be the perfect spouse for Sharron, John was youthened by 23 years--the years that would be given to Jeff, leaving him to be 25 and unable to be incorporated into the family as he now was, so he had to become younger still, for while it was somewhat possible that Jeff at 14 and Sharron at 22 could have conceived John, the repercussions would not have been optimal for Sharron's ideal spouse desires, and so the years continued to be stripped from John, who had already returned to the prime of his life, began regressing further through his college years and back into his teen years. Maturity slipping away from him as he became the gawky, quiet, and thin adolescent he'd once been, and then grew younger still as puberty began to be reversed--muscles shrinking along with his height. His oversized hands and feet along with his skinny beanpole frame bringing John back to a time when he'd been a clumsy teen, and then even they shrank as he grew even younger before settling at 11 years old, the middle child of the new family, yet to begin puberty, and quickly becoming as innocent as his new age and role required of him. John had not been the ideal husband, but he did make for the ideal son as far as Sharron was concerned. A role model for his little brother, a good student, and cute as a button. He wasn't Jeff's ideal son, with Jeff finding it somewhat awkward to relate with John at times as their interests were so different--not that Jeff didn't try, but John was just more at home with a book or a notebook and a pencil, while Jeff preferred being out in the wilderness. Sharron recognized the growing gap between father and son, and seeing it, tried to be more available for John as a parent, because she knew he needed her more than her other children did.
