"Ah, hey Victor, you're looking handsome today, stud." The shop owner couldn't help but roll his eyes at this statement. Samuel Mason was a tall, thin and handsome man, the CEO of a Bank, and the person who confused the owner of the Magic Shop to no end.
Victor wouldn't call Samuel a friend, more so an acquaintance and one that liked to flirt with him. He didn't think that Samuel was serious about the flirting, but either way, he'll never admit that he secretly liked it. Especially since he was used to people trying to be his friend or even flirt with him just to get discounts or free items. However, Samuel was different. He never asked for favors and even helped Victor out by referring people to his shop. What more is the fact he didn't even seem interested in buying anything from his store.
Well, until now, that is.
"You're here to pick up the neckless right? Well, I have it right here," Victor said as he pulled the necklace out of the drawer and handed it to Samuel.
"Huh... Absolutely beautiful. Almost ironic that something so beautiful has the power to turn beauty into masculinity. Though I guess there is beauty in masculinity as well." Samuel held the necklace in the light watching as the blue gem sparkle almost unnaturally so.
"So, I have to ask why now, and why this object in particular? You never bought anything for yourself before, so why?" The shop owner's innocent question caused the other man to begin chuckling, expecting this question beforehand.
"Oh, you thought that I bought this for myself?" This answer understandably shocked Victor. Just as he thought that he was starting to understand Samuel, he was confused once again.
"If it's not for you, then who?"
"Hehe. Well, you see..."
