"Shit!"
As Jennifer looked in her mirror, it seemed like the most appropriate swear. Not only had the word literally came from her behind, but under her nose was her anus; her mouth had been relocated to where her anus once was. Though it was strange speaking out of her rear, she couldn't help but speak out loud to herself. "Why did you have to curse me like THIS, you freak?!"
Though she was yelling about Kyle Perkins, she was also mad at herself. After all, she WANTED to get cursed. She didn't know if the town curse was real, but when she heard a rumor that Kyle was holding the curse, she knew she wanted to get a transformation from him. And feeling adventurous, she felt she'd get the most interesting result if she got him mad. The act she put on while on the phone would help guarentee that. It was risky; she didn't even know the guy. But as long as she was quick to choose "Transform", she figured he wouldn't be able to hit her TOO hard. And yet, when Kyle triggered the curse, a sense of dread had filled her. She was really about to get cursed, and she had no idea in what way. Go figure the twerp had such a twisted sense of getting even.
She thought back to the specifics of the curse. The curse had randomly decided to swap her mouth and anus. And Kyle specifically said that the switch would last forever, so she can't use the curse to change back. But, she was also told that everyone would remember her this way. They'd think it was normal. To what extent? She checked her driver's license. It showed her with an anus on her face, meaning that history had been affected. That was concerning. She quickly reached for her phone, and looked through her recent messages. She still had the same messages from her friends, including love messages from her boyfriend. So as far as she can tell, her life is still the same. If there was anything to be thankful for, it's that Kyle didn't make her a freak in the eyes of others. Best she can do is act like this is normal.
She also reminded herself that she needs to make it up to Kyle. Funny as it was, she did feel bad about what she did to Kyle. And in the end, it was her own fault that she wound up like this. When she gets the chance, she will have to use the curse on someone else, Dare them to convince her friends to be nice to Kyle from now on. If what she heard about the curse is true, the Dare HAS to be performed. Hopefully that means it cannot also fail.
Jennifer looked at the clock. She's over an hour late for school. Might as well stay home for the day. It'd be easier to explain than coming in late. Thankfully, with both her parents and Martha away, she had the home to herself. And plenty of time to adjust to her rearrangement.
