"Oh Thit..."
The mirror glowed an angry red as Jamie gazed into her future. Dropping the hammer, she moved in to get a better look. Her bedroom didn't change much, save for two jester dolls on her bed, a Barnum and Bailey Circus Poster and a few pierrot figures mixed in with her Superhero figurines. She also spotted three additional medals among her award wall and despite wearing her school jacket, in the mirror, it was back hanging where it belonged.
Herself though? Her skin was practically crawling now.
For starters, her new nerdy body was unaltered, additional weight and skin problems still accounted for. She however was wearing what looked like silly parodies of her current attire. That ugly blue, yellow and white blouse was now like a Skittles concert with star patterns and her light blue slacks were now half blue and red, held up by yellow suspenders. The school jacket she wore now sported rainbow circle patterns, less patches and a creepy smiling clown face where her sciencenauts emblem used to be. Here loafers were now a pair of yellow clown shoes and what little she could gleam of her socks suggested they were striped white and red.
Her face though, dear god. Jamie never hated clowns persay but she certainly never wanted to be one! Her face was now a chalk white with blue freckles dotted between and below her eyes and pink blush on her cheeks. Her lips were a ruby red, affixed in a permenant wide grin, which no matter what, she couldn't dispell and her nose was a red golfball sized orb. Above her whitened eyebrows, two thin black lines held sway while her braided hair was now a red pair of pigtails. Finishing the ensemble was a pair of coke bottled glasses, the right rims amd frames yellow while the left frames and rims green.
The realization was clear as day. Not only would she be a nerd but also a clown...
The implication instantly made her sick but before she could ponder further on the subject, a great red flash erupted from the mirror. Suddenly new memories were flooding in, leaving Jamie in a panic. It was hard enough suppressing her nerd self but a third party?!
She didn't know how long she could keep up.
According to the new memories, Nerd Jamie had always loved clowns, even asking one summer to go to clown camp than math camp. Like her intellectual ventures, Nerd Jamie excelled, being recognized as promising talent by her instructors. Afterward, she started doing volunteer work at church's and bar mitzvahs, always entertaining the kiddies with her jokes and escapades.
Not only was her nerd self proud of being a geek but she also loved being a clown...
A sense of clarity came to her and she returned to her reflection. She started to laugh...
"*Snort*, I look tho thilly...."
