The race she was assigned to become was the Vetherax, or the Veth for short.
Isabelle scrolled through pictures of them first, the females looked like red skinned Amazons, and the males looked like blue skinned body builders. They all wore what amounted to bikini armor or just a few loin cloths, and wielded spears and swords. The pictures looked like something off of the cover of a 1980’s cheesie sifi sword and sorcery pulp novel right down to the three moons and orange sand. She read the following:

Culture: The Vetherax or Veth for short, are a warrior race divided into tribes dotted across Vetherax Prime. They posses no written language but have an oral tradition stretching back thousands of years. Their world is a barren waist land of red sand and scrap metal only possessing a breathable atmosphere thanks to the incredibly dense jungles at the planets poles. The males and females of the Veth race possess incredible strength compared to most races thanks to their worlds gravity, even on their home world they can still rip apart various native creatures with their bare hands. According to legends pieced together from the various tribes, thousands of years ago Vetherax prime was once a verdant jungle world with an advanced civilization. Until an unknown war ship from the fourth galactic empire crash landed. This lead to a planet wide conflict resulting in the use of super soldiers and unknown advanced weapons that left the planet scorched of 69% of all original life including the planets original dominant race. 20% later mutated into their current forms or where genetically modified for the war. 11% remaining the same mostly hidden in the polar jungles. The current Vetherixians are the descendants of the super soldiers constructed by the original Vetherixians. They have no idea about this history however.
The males and females are locked in a constant fight for dominance with one another leaving them divided by sex. However this is not the case during the month of Zathregul (mating season), for still unknown reasons they will put aside their differences and come together with the closest tribe of the opposite sex and breed. During this time hostilities are at an all time low and tribes have even been seen corporating on hunts for feasts shared by all. The peace lasts as long as the 3 week pregnancy of the Vetherixian females. Where upon they will take their offspring and return to their respective tribes. Curiously despite hostilities returning it has been observed in rare cases Vetherixian tribes will make an effort to avoid tribes they have offspring a part of. At least for the first ten years. Weather this arrangement occurred naturally over time or is the result of some kind of hard coded in genetics is still under investigation. Water is not as vital to Vetherixian’s as in most creatures, however they still need it on occasion and will guard a spring or oasis from other tribes if one is found setting up permanent habitations. How long a Veth can go without water is still unknown.
Biology: Vetherixian males are humanoid with four digits on their hands and feet and posses #15317E shade skin. Their skin is durable and tough but supposedly soft. They possess incredible muscles with a twelve back of abs. They posses no hair aside from that on their heads in various colors. Penis length is 7 Fex when flaccid and 10 Fex when erect.
Vetherixian females are humanoid with four digits on the hands and feet and posses #F70D1A shade skin. Their skin is durable and tough but supposedly soft. They possess incredible muscles with a twelve back of abs. They posses no hair aside from that on their heads in various colors. Breast size is currently recorded at D cup among the smallest after puberty and G cup among the largest after puberty. Breasts are also incredibly squishy but posses no nipples, it is believed they instead store water or have fat.
