Her mind whirling as her body dwindled and shrank in size, Jennifer lost consciousness. She awoke to find herself in darkness. It was warm and damp, and she heard a thumping sound, like the beating of a heart, all around her. Blearily she tried to look around in the darkness, her arms and legs thrashing about in the thick liquid. Where was she? What was going on?
Then she encountered the umbilical cord attached to her belly and gasped...or tried to, but her mouth simply filled with liquid. She thought she was going to choke, but fortunately, she no longer needed to breathe.
Somehow, instead of a newborn, she'd been regressed into an unborn baby, and she was in a woman's womb! But whose? How did she get here?
Kyle Perkins, that's how. She still couldn't remember him, or what she'd done to piss him off, but it must have been
spectacular for him to turn to black magic to get his revenge. Jennifer was now completely helpless, and worse, doomed to be born and have to grow up all over again.
Did she really deserve this? Thinking about it, she'd been a bitch to a lot of people, so...maybe. She resolved to change her ways, but first, she had to get out of here!
The Transform or Dare story said that if you were cursed, you could pass the curse onto others. Which she had done, to poor Mrs. Lopez, who was surely a baby herself by now. She felt pretty guilty about that. But thinking about it, Kyle had changed her more. How could he do that?
She wasn't sure, but if she'd been cursed again, could she pass it on? But how, it wasn't like she could talk right now.
She was so frustrated she could kick someone, but her only target was her mother (new or old, she really didn't know), so she refrained. No sense making a bad first impression.
Maybe she didn't need to talk though. She tried to recall Morse Code, which she'd learned a thousand years ago in Girl Scouts. She tried to lightly kick at the wall of her womb, slowly tapping out the words...
