You go to one of the zoo staff and offer to help in the search.
"If you want to find the bird, remember that it is a red-tailed hawk and that the tail feathers are rust colored and stand out," the zoo staff member says. "Also, the hawk's chest is white with black specks and the back and wings are brown. It also has a black mark at the tip of its beak. Here is a dead mouse that you can use to catch the bird. You search most of the zoo until you notice a glint of red in a low branch of a maple tree.
