The next morning, Tricia yawned deeply as she sat up in the bed. She had a fun night after the trick or treating. The college party was fun.
Tricia had convinced Katie to allow her to keep the ring for the next day.
"Oh why not?" Tricia said outloud as she got out of the shower. "Katie said six is the minimum safe age so I will become seven. And let's do that at one year per minute."
Tricia felt the faint sensation of a tingle as the ring started to work. She grimaced as she rushed through brushing her hair and quickly putting on a shirt. Any other clothes will fall off in a few minutes.
She took a quick look in the mirror at her sixteen year old self and knew she had to hurry.
At fourteen she had gotten the cereal she wanted. She reached up high for the bowls and almost got them. Her
fingers slid down and Tricia quickly got the step stool to get one.
The twelve year old finished pouring the milk into cereal before taking it to the living room.
Eleven year old Tricia sat down and decided to find a cartoon to watch while eating breakfast. She did so, not thinking about the rapid loss of her remaining adult form or how her feet started no longer reached the floor.
