After weeks of fruitless searching, Joey had managed to locate her friend, Yui, and the mysterious island of Lesbos that was lost somewhere in the middle of the ocean.
Accompanying her were her brother, Alec, and a friend of hers who was a private detective, Marta Adams. She was the one who found the exact location of the island despite itīs continuous need for always stay elusive from their inquiries, keeping itself hidden from the eyes of foreigners.
During the last month, members of the sectarian group from Lesbos had been appearing. Some of them had been missing for years, since their initiation into the Sisterhood, apparently none of them had managed to return to the island and they spoke of a strange curse that had been baited with the inhabitants of that place and those from the towns near it. Just in the last month, the number of missing persons had increased dramatically in this area. But both the federal investigation and the police investigation had led nowhere, and the residents of the coast of maine were getting nervous about this wave of disappearances that was ravaging their small coastal towns.
Despite the misunderstanding for part of the justice and, after many investigations related to the email that she had received and kept hidden from the police, Joey was finally going to be able to meet with her beloved and rescue her from that mysterious sect.
