Now, Jeff was a boy with certain preferences. He considered himself bisexual, possibly bordering on pan when he thought about it. The body shape he was most attracted to was a bottom heavy pear shape. He was a self styled fat admirer, but he was positively not a fan of rolls or flab. In his mind, the rounder the better. If only there were someone who had the body he fantasized about... someone... or perhaps, everyone?
With lust driving him forward, he began to make his changes in earnest. First, he removed most of the health problems that came with obesity, leaving only the exhaustion related ones. He could do without the clogged arteries and the cellulite, thank you. Panting and sweating were fine, and even cute by Jeff's standards, so there was no need to remove those. Plus, he made it so that even the fattest person had the potential to be as athletic as they wanted... as a treat.
Next, he increased the planet's obesity rate drastically, making sure not to leave anyone behind in his plans. He made sure that fat settled heavily within the lower torso, focusing on the belly, butt, thighs, and hips. He sculpted and tweaked his design until he achieved the perfect, semi-spherical pear shape he was looking for. A belly and butt so big and round it made one think of a giant yoga ball. The abdomen would spread one's stance rather wide until the bottom curve of the body was mere inches above the ground, straddled and held up by two short, thick, pudgy legs. This body shape would be the norm of human society, and much of the beauty industry would revolve around this shape, emphasizing smooth curves and silky skin.
He supposed he shouldn't leave out the upper torso, so he added a little more softness to the arms and face, and made the average bust size one cup higher... as a treat. He made sure that more people had attractive faces, and decided that people wouldn't age much past 25. He decided wrinkles were okay, but only the flattering ones and they wouldn't start showing until around age 60. He decided he quite liked fat cheeks and chins so he threw those in... as a treat.
The final changes he needed to make were a few housekeeping duties and formalities to make sure that life could be comfortable for people after he changed them. A few settings he let randomize themselves, because he wanted to be surprised. He set it so that only he was aware that things had changed, and pressed the start button. He sat back and watched as the world around him transformed to his liking.
