At home, Sarah decided just to try some basic exercises and simply started with push-ups. She never really did push-ups but was able to do 25 quite easy thanks to the swimming session earlier. She felt a pain in her arms when she tried to push herself another time up. Haven't felt so weak in days... I really need to train, she said, as she started to really challenge her body for the first time since weeks. After a short pause with outstretched arms, she lowered her body again and successfully did another push-up. Her arms shivered form the strain but she focused and was able to do another one. The thought, that Mike liked what she would become gave her the will to pushed her even further. Each time when she lowered her body and pushed it up again, she felt like she could not do another one. But after a short pause, she did to do another one. She continued to do push-ups until she finally collapsed on the floor after 45 push-ups. Her arms were really stressed and she felt a heavy pain from her first session of push-ups in her life. Her muscles ached strangely as her supercharged body started to recover fast and her chest and arm muscles immediately started to grow stronger.
After 5 five minutes of recovering, Sarah felt like she was ready for another set of push-ups and she started to do so. 1, 2, 3..., she counted as she lowered her body down and moved it up again, 40, 41, 42.... At 55 push-ups her muscles started to protest again, but she simply ignored the pain in her arms continued until she did 70 push-ups. Breathing heavenly, she again collapsed on her chest and rested for some time. With every second passing, the pain in her arms and chest seemed to fade away and her biceps and pectoral muscles grew in size and definition. My body is recovering even faster than in my jogging sessions weeks ago, Sarah wondered, I really should use this chance.
And after a short break, she did another session. This time she was able to do over 100 push-ups. Her muscle again grew in response to the strain and were clearly noticeable on her slender frame. She continued like this until she was able to do over 1000 push-ups without breaking in sweat. Then she tied one-handed push-ups and mastered them out without any difficulties. I think, I can continue with this forever, she grinned satisfied after her 1000th one-handed push-up. After the first visible changes, this time her body has not changed noticeable anymore but her strength level has surely increased by a lot. Her muscle looked nicely toned and steel hard. As she flex her right biceps, it grew almost to the size of a baseball. Her pectoral muscles pushed her breast outwards which looked firm and tight. Also her abs has developed clearly as a nice six pack was defined on her stomach. She looked totally stunning.
