"Oh, yeah I guess you could." Emma mumbled. "Like your you go Uncle Ju-woah!" She screamed, accidentally tripping over Lexi who had moved to try and grab the camera herself.
"Careful Em!" Rhianna called out as she got closer.
"Don't drop that it's quite old!" Justin warned, also moving in.
"I got it I got iiii-oh shiii-" She called out before the camera slipped from her hand.
It plummeted, turned as it fell, and accidentally landed with the lease facing all of them.
FLASH
"Please don't be broken please don't be broken." Emmet mumbled to himself. He reached down, and slowly lifted the camera up. After a quick examination, it seemed fine. No cracks, no dents, and the picture even came out fine. He ran his hand through his curly red hair and sighed in relief. "Dad would've killed me." He thought.
"Emmet?" A stern man's voice arose from behind him.
Emmet turned to see his dad staring him down. His bald head and thick brown beard added to his already muscular and intimidating figure which now glared at him. His father was a nice guy, but he wasn't beyond punishment when his kids misbehaved. He crossed his arms with frustration, rolling up his sleeves.
"Emmet, did that break?" He asked sternly. "Because that belongs to your Uncle."
"No Dad, we're all good!" Emmet sighed in relief. "See for yourself!" He replied, handing his dad the camera.
Gabe took the camera gently from his son and looked it over. Everything seemed to be in place. He certainly didn't want his brother Paul being upset at such a relic breaking. Before his examination was complete, the photo popped out. He quickly caught it before it fell. Looking at it, he couldn't help but break his "mad dad" facade with a slight grin at the silly photo.
At the top was his beautiful wife, Rebecca, who looked like she was screaming. Her curly, long red hair was flowing everywhere, her mom jeans looked close to popping as her slight weight shifted, and her breasts were caught in the middle of bouncing. Gabe smiled. "God I love that woman." Was all he thought looking at her.
Below, and in most of the frame, was his son Emmet, who looked sufficiently panicked. His face was the only thing visible, but it was clear he took after Gabe's wife far more than him in looks. He was nearly 17 now, and was developing quite a bit. He was still growing, but already had a decent face and developing muscles, which made Gabe proud.
Near his wife in the photo was a tiny doll, being flung through the air. It was a cute doll of felt and yarn, with yellow yarn hair, a fake happy smile, and a cute red felt dress. The owner of the doll and the one could throw it was only barely visible in the shot, with just her hand in frame.
Gabe turned to see his adorable daughter Jane picking up her doll that she had accidentally flung, brushing off dirt from its hair. Jane was a sweet girl who always listened to her parents. She had wavy brown hair like Gabe back in the day, wore a long purple dress, and rarely spoke up, if at all. She was a sweet girl who Gabe was so proud of, being such a big girl at 7, but he always worried this calm phase would backfire later in life with a rebel teen phase.
"Pft." Gabe finally broke, chuckling a little.
"W-what?" Emmet asked, hopeful he wouldn't be in trouble.
"What? Oh, nothing. This picture is just... too good." Gabe smiled, trying not to laugh again as he began to fold the photo.
"Oh God, don't tell me it actually took a picture then?" Rebecca groaned as she tied her mop of a hairdo into a messy bun. "Gabe, I must look absolutely dreadful get rid of it! Please baby?" Rebecca begged, walking up to her husband to lean against his firm chest and show her tits a little to persuade him.
"Ha, sorry baby, I think this one will be VERY fun to look back on one day." He chuckled as he slid the photo into his jeans' pocket. "Now, as for you mister." He said, looking at Emmet.
"Aw come on dad! Like you said, the camera's fine right?" He forced a laugh.
"Uh uh, no, your father is right Emmet." Rebecca added. "You took that camera from your Uncle Paul without his permission, then nearly broke it."
"Nearly!" He retorted.
"Yes, nearly. As in just about as you actually dropped it. When we get back home we will have a serious discussion about this but right now we should continue our clothing trip." Gabe replied, handing the camera over to his wife to store in her purse. Rebecca put it away and Emmet held his head in shame.
As they walked, Jane walked over to her brother and held his hand. She looked up at him and smiled. She then whispered "If you need to hold Tiny Tina, you can, she always cheers me up." Jane suggested, gesturing to the doll in her other hand.
Emmet cracked a smile. "Ha, thanks sis, but I'm good." He whispered back.
Meanwhile, Gabe began to think over why Emmet would've taken such a thing in the first place, why he hadn't noticed until now, and what this weird feeling in the back of his mind was all about.
Next to him, Rebecca had her own dilemma. She really wanted that picture gone. She didn't know why she was so worked up about it, but unknowns to her, there was a tiny fetus growing inside her, that was once Lexi a few minutes ago.
