Jack began to freak out and nervously pace around, "But that means... Classes... What'll we tell your parents!? What if someone doesn't make any wishes and hordes you in case of emergency? what if the 100th person doesn't free you, you could be stuck like this FOREVER!"
Eva stared back, "I get that I should be concerned about those things, but I'm not. I don't know why, but my human life is on hold indefinitely and I have something else to do. I feel... fine with this for some reason." Eva shrugged.
Jack stood there with his mouth agape, "I get that its weird, but its magic and I cant do anything about it until 100 sets of wishes have been granted." Eva said with a smirk and a shrug. "So Master, what'll it be?" the words rolled off her tongue as easily as "Jack" did moments before. She could feel a dullness suppressing what would be a tidal wave of emotions and focusing her on the task at hand, serving her master.
"I wish that I... no no no... whoever held the lamp, knew the right wishes to make to fulfill their goal with their remaining wishes." Jack said struggling to find the words and a struggling even harder to think of a way to save his friend.
"As you wish!" Eva smiled gleefully. "And that was really sweet of you, it should make wishing easier for every master I come across."
Jack's mind flitted across his goals and passing whims, but with it came sentences or paragraphs that would get him what he desired. Shaking his head he focused on getting his friend back, "I won't be able to be your hundredth master and this will happen again to another person... So for my second wish, I wish that the third wish of whoever would be after the 99th set of three wishes for any genie, would wish for that genie's unconditional freedom and be initially informed that they will get two wishes to do with as they please."
"Oh master! you are much much too kind, but it is my will to serve yours! Your wish is granted!" Eva beamed with pride feeling elated that she is fulfilling her purpose and making her master happy.
Jack wanted Eva free as soon as possible but was still having trouble fighting off his greed, and knowing the perfect way to word his greedy wishes immediately really didn't help... But he had to save his friend. "Finally, I wish that once someone finishes their third wish, this lamp would be transported to the next person most deserving of wishes if it has a genie, or the next person deserving to be put into servitude if empty and that whoever it teleports to will immediately be compelled to rub it."
"Master it has been my absolute pleasure to serve you! Maybe we will meet again one day! Rest assured your wish has been granted." Eva was sucked back into the lamp which vanished from Jack's hands.
Jack's mind suddenly stopped racing and he realized he had just sent his friend on a nonstop trip from person to person to grant their wishes, rather than finding 100 people in his circle of trusted friends and family members to help him fix the problem... he was so focused on getting the wishes done fast that he overlooked the obvious solution.
