And Luke and Alex walked, they’d hear a pair of voices come from behind them.
“Hey! Luke! Alex!”
“Wait up you guys!” The pair stopped and turned back, managing your not turn different ways even without speaking. Who they would see were both friends of their’s, actually both body mates’ best friends. Mark and Cali. Mark was Luke’s best friend before, and Cali was Alex’s. Seeing the two so close was strange. They were joined at the hip, like Luke’s mom and Alex’s dad.
“Hey Mark.”
“Hey Cali.” The two had spoken in unison, sending both into being a bit flustered while Cali snickered.
“You two were always close, but that was hilarious.”
“Yeah yeah,” Alex started. “So, what’s on you two’s plate today? Class wise I mean.” The pair looked at each other, the. Alex.
“She ok Luke?”
“Yeah, we just didn’t sleep well.” Mark looked confused at first, but shrugged it off... a little.
“We have the same classes today you two. We need to pick up some coffee before headed to school?”
“Oh leave them alone Mark. I mean Max and Kindle weren’t much better than them when we left.” Max was a name Luke recognized, as he was Mark’s twin brother, but for Alex, she was confused. Who was Kindle? We’re they like Jesse and Monica? Someone new to this world as a whole? Maybe. Either way....
“So... classes?” They looked at Alex again before answering.
“History.”
“Geometry.”
“Biology.”
“Literature.”
“Plus PE and Lunch.” Alex smiled and nodded to the pair.
“Thanks guys.”
