After hours of grabbing rubbish strewn across the zoo, Heidi threw the last bag into the dumpster in the very back of the zoo. She wrapped the chains around the lids, fit the padlocks and began to walk back to the staff room. She gave a passing wave to Gabrielle, who was having an awful time cleaning out and restocking the gift shop. Heidi swiped her pass, pushed open the door and saw her next job: making sure the heat lamps were turned on and in working order.
"Easy enough," Heidi thought to herself, while checking off her last job. "Only three hours left in this shithole, this ought to kill some time."
Heidi quickly downed some water from her bottle, then grabbed the pen and clipboard before exiting the staff room again.
She took a quick look at the clipboard and decided to start at whatever enclosure was closest to her, working her way around in a circle around the zoo.
