“Listen up, you little twerp!” Darren sneered. “Jackie’s my girl, and you’re not taking her to the rodeo. I am!”
Just at that moment, Peter walked up to Kent.
“Shut up, Darren! She invited me, because she liked my cowboy hat, okay? Besides, I don’t even consider her my girlfriend. We’re just buddies!” Kent replied.
“What’s going on?” Peter wondered.
Unfortunately, Darren gave Kent a hard shove against the chest, sending the boy falling on the floor.
“Stay away from my girl!” Darren shouted, as he looked down at Kent, who was lying on the floor.
“Hey! Don’t bully Kent! Leave him alone!” Peter shouted angrily.
Meanwhile, both Allen and Ty were sitting in history class. Roman history was just extremely boring to Ty, and he closed his eyes so he could see in his mind what Kent was dong.
“Allen!” Ty whispered, as he turned towards his best friend, who was sitting right next to him, in the back row in history class. “Kent and Peter are being bullied by Darren in gym class!”
“You’re kidding! Both of them?”
“Yeah! We need to do something!”
“Roger that, Ty!” Allen replied. “Time for action!”
Meanwhile, back in the gymnasium, Darren walked up to Peter, pointing his index finger at him. Darren was 6 foot 6 inches tall and he was all muscle. Kent was only 5’4” and Peter was 6’3”.
“Stay out of this, Peter!” Darren warned him. Luckily, Kent had managed to get back on his feet again, and positioned himself next to Peter.
“No! You leave Kent alone! Don’t treat him like that!” Peter answered.
“Oh my gosh! What’s happening?” Kent shouted.
He looked down and noticed that he started to grow…
