As the moon in the sky climbs higher and higher, you start to get scared. You consider running in a blind panic down one of the paths, when something flickers in the corner of your eye. Investigating, you see a light coming down one of the paths. You get a grip and head towards it, not noticing the sign with the picture of an anthropomorphic elephant on it.
As you wander down the path, the light flickers. You realise it is a fire. You can also hear music and laughter. Finally, you come to a clearing.
What you see is amazing. It's a ring of tables around a large fire, but the truly amazing thing are the occupiers of the seats. They look to be part human, part elephant. They have the basic shape of a human, with perfectly normal human hands and feet, but they are all around seven feet tall, with elephant ears, tusks, trunks and tails. Their skin is grey and leathery, and while they look fat, they also look well muscled and strong. Some are wearing loin cloths, some are wearing robes and some are wearing contempory clothes like jeans - that are strangely ripped, like they were made for someone smaller than them - with appropriate holes for their tail, which also look ripped. Some are eating, some are dancing, some are drinking, some are joking. They all look like they're having a good time.
The elephant man in a large seat, wearing white robes, gets up and greets you.
"Welcome, stranger! We are celebrating our harvest. Will you join us?" You realise how hungry you feel, and agree immediately. "Wonderful!" He cries, and embraces you in a hug. His skin feels leathery, yet smooth and comfortable.
You take a place by his side, and begin to eat. The food is sweet and succulent, and the drink quenches your thirst instantly. You look around you, seeing everyone having a good time, yet feeling a slight tightening of your clothes...
