"Hey look at this" called out Brooke from the next aisle over. You make your way to her and find her holding up a necklace with a weird shaped pendant. "It is apparently called the charm of inverse hypnotism. It looks really cool, so I think I will get it."
"Ahh, you have an excellent eye for the more unusual, yet powerful things Ma'am" came a voice from over your shoulder. Turning around, you see a tall thin man in a neat, well fitted suit. He is leaning on a cane while looking down at the thing Brooke was holding. "I do apologize if I might have frightened you sir. Ahem, My name is Sir Alfrix, and this is my shop of odd trinkets and magic items. What you have there ma'am is quite the party pleaser. May I see it for a second?" Brooke hands over the charm to Sir Alfrix who holds it up to the light. "Ah yes, this was made by one of my friends ages ago to play a prank on a king. Basically, this charm will change the target's body, but not their mind, and will hypnotize the minds of everyone else, besides the target and the user, to follow whatever command is made and think the target has always been like they now are. If I may trouble you to use you as an example sir to demonstrate its abilities?"
You didn't really care one way or the other. However you were sure it wouldnt work, since hypnosis never had worked on you before. "Sure why not. What do I have to do?"
"Oh nothing much, just simply stand there and keep your eyes on the charm is all. Sir Alfrix then holds up the charm in front of you and begins to twist it around, causing it to spin rapidly. As he does this he makes his command. "Hey come here and look at this for a second" shouted Brooke who had stopped walking while you were still in your head. You double back only to find it was a trick and you are staring at the charm once again. You try to look away, but it is already too late. You no longer can move and are now just waiting for her command.
