"Everything going fine in here Gail I mean-" said the school guidance councilor, sticking her head in the door.
The thirteen year old prodigy glared. "Everything is going fine in here, Stella, I don't need you checking on me. My students do their homework on time, and they listen to what I say. I don't need you breathing down my neck!"
"Sorry, sorry!" The older woman waved off, letting the thirteen year old teacher get back to her students... as she explained it in down to earth terms her students were actually able to gasp!
"I gotta say, it's nice having a teacher who ... ya know, gets us, ya know?" Whispered Darren's friend. Darren realized that Mrs. Wright's clothes had changed, now fitting her perfectly. Though it did give the impression of a teenage girl trying to look more grown up than she was.

"Let us see if he is the catalyst for this timeline."

"It is the duty and responsibility of the owner of the Spells R Us shop across all timelines to provide an exceptional artifact to one person that can alter reality, that person having the drive and impulse to do exactly that, remaking the entire world into their ideal fantasy world.

The rest are more often than not happy to be just another member of their ideal world they've created. None of these universe are identical, but each of them carry with them a sense of unity.
"For instance, the elderly immigrant who asked for and bought an enchanted accordion, and ultimately turned the world into platypus people who were united in their love of Polka resulting in world peace. They reached the stars centuries early, and will spread their love of Polka across the universe, preventing two galactic empires from vaporizing the local galaxy cluster with their two super weapons.
"Then there was the little girl who got a cheap plastic magic wand...and with it ultimately turned the whole world into an immortal and innocent fairy garden, who are destined to magically terraform the entire solar system, bringing whole new species into existence under their care.
"Another man given a ring of transformation, turning the entire world into rubber anthros, resulting in a utopia. The world of genies. The world of (mostly) anthro girl maids. The world of (mostly) anthro guy butlers. The world of robots. World of vixen harem dancers. The world of lion people nudists. World of living cartoon characters. The world of angels... And naturally the world where everyone is an entity of some kind that has the power to fly under their own power... and are mostly nudists for some reason.
"All becoming worlds where war and racism no longer exist, and the standard of living is improved for EVERYONE and the individual empathy sphere is expanded from 150 to... well, far beyond that number. Others can become forms of Valhalla, where physical violence is robbed of its teeth, where immortals can rough house without causing any lasting damage.
"The rings have already recognized him as their new master. This timeline may in fact be his to bring about his ideal world. Ideals are by their definition beyond human ability to grasp. Thus why Spells R Us will give an artifact of reality alteration to one human per timeline, to grant them the power TO grasp those ideals they could never grasp on their own."
