Sitting at his desk as he got home, Logan opens the app. Selecting his younger brother it generated the sentence:

Changing ignorant to model, Henry walks through the door.
Now several years older at the age of 17, hes a very handsome teenager that looks mature for his age. Even though he has the comedy of a child. He was wearing a tight tank top as well as grey sweatpants. Clearly taking after his brother, he was very tall, not as tall as Logan. He had a lean athletic swimmers build. His hair messy, but having a certain charm that made him more attractive.
