The man opened a glass jar. Pulling out pinch full of flakes of tobacco he stuffed the new pipe. Pulling out a tamper he tamped down the flakes till he pressed with his thumb and the tobacco sprang back just enough to fill right. A quick flick of a match and a few puffs and the pipe was lit.
He retired to a chair on the front porch. Drink in hand and pipe in his jaw. Puffing away on the brand new pipe. He didn’t know where it came from but it was a very good smoke.
Jeff on the other hand was shocked. He hadn’t suddenly found himself in the sights of the massive bearish man looming over him and the pipe rack. Then the large hand picking him up with ease as he was inspected. He almost felt embarrassed by the process. Like he has to meet this mans qualifications to be a pipe.
Then came being packed. And tasting the tobacco in his bowl which was his mouth. The heat of the match warmed his body and as his new owner puffed away is briar got hot. The smell and taste of the tobacco was strong. Overwhelming his human senses that were now trapped in the pipe.
The man was mindlessly puffing away. Jeff however was mindful of each puff. It was tormenting him. In his head he knew it would be 12 hours before he could change back.
