They were greeted to an empty home. Ashley/Daniel and Natalie sat back on the couch.

"I hope it wasn't too nerdy babe"

Ashley/Daniel and Natalie built a pillow fort. It was magnificent. They decided to stream an anime that Natalie loved. The real Ashley isn't a fan of anime, she doesn't hate it but it never clicked with her. She only watched anime with Natalie. Sometimes she would bring Daniel out of his room and brought him to watch with them because she knew Daniel and Natalie would geek out together and she could just scroll though social media on her phone. Ashley was more into really trashy reality television and sports. She enjoyed watching sports with Natalie. Their mutual love of sports is what started the spark between them. They met on the lacrosse team. Natalie was the better lacrosse player and stayed on, Ashley hated it and stuck with swimming. They started dating during freshman year of high school. Ashley/Daniel was more invested in the plot of this anime and took more of an interest in the anime. Not at the same level she would as Daniel but more than the real Ashley. Natalie leaned in for a kiss then a sound went off.
"Meow Meow"
It was Ashley's phone in the purse Ashley/Daniel borrowed. It was there father Robert calling.
Ashley/Daniel picked up the phone
"Hi daddy, how was your day of boating fun?"
"Hey Askins, it was great. How was your day did you and Danny have some fun?"
"Yes we did, he is all tired and went to bed about an hour ago" She was lying through her fucking teeth
"Hey I want to talk to Ashbear too" She heard her father Samuel in the background
"Hi dad" Ashley/Daniel greeted Samuel
"Hey listen honey your dad and I want to go to some festivals in central Florida and we want you to have some time to enjoy Florida with your brother. We will have a mandatory family day on Sunday though that can be promised. We will be back at the vacation house on Sunday at around 11:00 o'clock wear nice clothes we are going to have a family brunch at Vito's."
"Understood Dad"
"You and Danny stay safe, enjoy your time together love you bye angel"
"Bye dad love you"
Yes! She could have more time as Ashley. It was Monday night. A whole five days left to be Ashley!
"Nat great news we can spend more time together!"
