Dr. Juan Gomez is a genius with plans to become a dictator. Dr. Gomez multiple Ph.D.'s in the subjects of mathematics, economics, physics, computer science, mechanical engineering, and finance. He believes that he should be in charge and that he is entitled to fuck anyone he wants. He started his venture into the underworld of society by creating a cyber mafia of hackers that stole national secrets from multiple countries and sells to the highest bidder. He is most famous for creating a computer virus that made Asia go completely dark for 48 hours costing many people their lives. He then ventured out into the drug game providing drug lords safety on the dark web and providing loans to criminals and warlords. He recently started a human trafficking ring that he co-ran with his sister Camilla. Despite his older frailer frame his raw intelligence and engineering prowess make him deadly.

”I only have the one perfected serum at the moment due to the complex nature of drug and nanites and the serum has high production costs. Also one super-Solider alone will be enough. I was going to select one of my guards but it seems you killed them all. So I will take it myself after you die.”

Looking at the various knives that he confiscated off Natalia Juan begins to cut Natalia slowly. He used a curved knife to slash her inner wrists, a jagged knife for her inner elbows, and a dagger for her neck. He went in deep but not too big he wanted it to be slow like how she did to Camilla. He got a little bored and decided to drill holes into the legs of Natalia. Even though she was being tortured she did enjoy the sight of her own blood.
It was 30 mins later and blood was coming out. Luring the prick into a false sense of security she was going to end this. Natalia knew this was most likely going to be a mission where she died. It would be fine as long as Gomez dies. She hid an EMP/micro explosive device under her tongue. If spit out the device will scramble all electronics in the area including her restraints and causing a small blast.
She spits the device out onto a nearby console. The blast caused all of the electronics to short circuit creating an explosion sending everything across the room including the serum. The syringe fell on the floor.
