Mark decided quickly what he wanted to do with Aidan. “Say, Aidan, what is that piece of cloth on the floor next to you? And what do you do with it?”
Aidan could move his head to see his shirt lying on the floor, as he had thrown it there moment before. “That´s my shirt you made me remove. And normally I would wea…” Aidan said, only for Mark to clap at him. The connection of shirt and wearing on his torso was cut, and Aidan looked confused at Mark. “I don´t know for what it is Mark.”
Mark grinned at him. “Don´t worry, while it belongs to you, you do nothing with it. You never wear shirts, after all.”
With a click somewhere in his mind, Aidan accepted this as the truth. Maybe he owned it while it looked nice? He had never worn shirts after all.
Seeing Aidan accepting the change, Mark asked a new question: “And what´s with that piece? For what do you have that?” while pointing at Aidan´s jeans.
Aidan found the question silly, but was compelled to answer truthfully: “That´s my jeans, you know? It´s being wor…” Again, Mark clapped, only to correct Aidan: “Yeah, I know that´s your jeans, but you don´t wear anything on your legs normally, right?”
Aidan´s face turned from confusion to realization, and as Mark´s sentence ringed true, he was quick to remove that offending jeans from his body. Now he stood before Mark, wearing only his socks and underwear.
Grinning, Mark repeated this process with the socks, then asked for what Aidan had shoes, before moving to the underwear. Each time he clapped at the right point of Aidan´s answer, and made Aidan forget why he wore something on his body, leaving him standing naked in the middle of the room. And Aidan didn´t remember wearing any clothes in his life, always moving around naked.
As funny as it was to get Aidan naked, there had been another reason for this, so Mark asked his next question: “Say Aidan, why are you standing upright?”
Aidan again looked confused of the dumb question. “That´s because I normally wal…” This time, Mark stomped down, and Aidan suddenly had no recollection of walking on two legs, nor standing on them. “I… I don´t know, Mark.” He said finally.
Mark laughed, but that explained: “You were trying to sit up and beg like a dog. Normally you stand and walk on all fours, right?”
Aidan´s confusion cleared as he nodded, accepting he was normally quadruped. If he was able to, he would now drop down, but he still couldn´t move anything but his head. So, he asked: “Am I allowed to stand normal again, Mark?”
Mark grinned and allowed him to retake his “normal” position, adding he could move but not leave his spot. Aidan promptly fell forward, breaking the fall with his hands. Then he sighed relieved. To his changed thinking, standing on his legs had felt uncomfortable.
The next question toppled Aidan´s thinking about his hands and feet on the ground. Mark explained afterwards: “You walk on your knees and elbows right now. You normally bend your elbows and knees upwards. Your feet are normally by your ass, and your hands on your shoulders, right?”
And as Aidan nodded, he bends them upwards. It felt uncomfortable to normal people, but as it was Aidan´s normal position, he didn´t notice his muscles aching up, thinking it was normal.
