You’ve seen enough already and decide to book it for the exit. You aren’t gonna test your luck with these crazy Johnson scientists and risk having the same fate as that man... or wolf. Despite the commotion surrounding the events that took place you spot the exit maybe 300 feet or so away and you start running.
You can hear more commotion, screaming, and the odd animal sound or two as you run away from the scene and towards the exit. A few other people seemed to have the same idea as you and managed to reach the exit before you can.
You see a group of about 5 people push open the door and start to break out into sweet freedom. However, you hear a noise that sounds like a mix between a loud fan and leaking gas pipe. It occurs to you that the door must’ve been booby trapped. You look up and see a thick green gas begin to pour out from a vent above the door. The people who reached the exit before you are not as lucky as you originally thought as you see their bodies start to change as they try desperately to not inhale the gas. The first one you notice is a muscular man who’s body begins to grow and gain fat. You see black and white fur grow over his whole body, as his face begins to gain ursine features. Before you know it, there is a fat panda bear sitting in a pile of torn clothes where the athletic looking man was. You then look over and see a pair of business women both start to change from the gas as well. Where the man grew, both of these women begin to shrink into their clothes. You see the face of one begin to grow brown fur and a black nose as she coughs as she inhaled the gas and disappears into her suit jacket. The other woman appears to be growing white feathers on her whole body as you see her face push out into an orange bill before she also shrinks into her suit jacket as the briefcase she was holding falls to the ground in a loud thunk. A young couple also seems to undergo similar changes as you see the young man grow grey fur and shrink into his clothes, and his girlfriend grow orange fur and shrink into her clothes.
You see a goose, a hedgehog, a grey mouse and a tabby cat, all struggle out of their respective piles of clothes near the exit to the mall. Where there once was a frantic group of mall goers, there is now a group of confused animals as they all struggle to adapt to their surroundings.
You begin to back up as what’s left of the gas begins to approach you, before it fades away until there is no more gas anymore. How do you escape now.
