Ashley, Matt's 18-year old blond step-sister, barged into his room. She was wearing sandals, a denim skirt and a white women's tank-top. She was two years older and a few inches taller than Matt, and was intimidating to him regardless of her sex. She walked over to Matt, who was sitting on his bed.
"Yo, twerp. I need twenty bucks," she demanded with a palm turned up.
"Why don't you ask Mom for it?" Matt sheepishly replied. Ashley smacked him upside the head.
"She's not YOUR mom, doofus. And anyway, she's taking a nap and I can't find her damn purse. Just cough it up; it's not like you ever do stuff anyway."
Matt only had fifteen bucks left in his wallet to begin with, but even if he did have the money, he wouldn't want to give it to her. She treated him like dirt, but there was nothing he could do. It wouldn't be so bad if she was at least smaller than him so he could at least feel some authority around her.
It was with that thought that Matt felt a tingle around the bracelet. At first it frightened him, given it being an odd feeling in his left arm and all, but then he noticed that Ashley didn't look as big as before. She seemed to be a couple inches smaller, and her tank top looked loose as her skirt seemed to droop to one side of her hips. Not only that, but she seemed to continue shrinking.
Ashley didn't notice until her skirt lost its grip on her hips and fell suddenly to the ground, her panties close behind it and her tank top barely covering her. She shrieked as her eye level met with Matt's, and he was still sitting. The straps on her tank top neared the edges of her shoulders, and it was apparent she had no bra. She continued to panic as the straps slid off the side of her shoulders and fells off of her into the pile of clothing below as she flailed her arms in protest.
No more than six inches tall, she looked up at Matt from her pile of clothing, frantically screaming to anyone who would answer what had just happened to her. Matt just stared down at his miniature step-sister, amazed at what he had just done to her...
