As Heida wandered from hallway to hallway, coming across several old antiques and indiscernible family portraits, she found a door leading to a spacious bedroom; intrigued by the light emanating beneath it. With some hesitation, she entered.
By the looks of it, this was probably the room of one of the family members who lived here judging by the fancy decorations, the queen-sized bed, and a frame containing a picture that barely revealed the figure of an elegantly-dressed man. Heida blew the dust off, revealing the face of a young man no older than 20. He had ear length, blond hair, and clear blue eyes. His jawline is sharp, but not too sharp, nicely shaped eyebrows, perfectly straight nose. And Heida could go on and on but was caught off guard by intense coughing.
She turns one hand and sees the dust glimmering on her fingers, and realises that was no ordinary dust’s doing as she grew dizzy, and eventually, fell unconscious.
When she opened her eyes again, she felt different, oblivious to what had happened.
